We ship within 2-5 business days in Spain (free for orders over €80). We also ship to Europe and other destinations.
You have 14 days to return your order if you are not satisfied. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Our hats are shipped in a box with a specially designed protector to store and protect the hat. We recommend storing your hats protected in a box to prevent damage or deformation. We have our own artisan workshop where we can customize, clean, restore, or create your hat. Please remember that the colors of the products you see on our website, due to various technical reasons, may differ slightly from the actual color of the product.
