We recommend that you store your hats protected inside a box to prevent them from getting damaged or misshapen. Follow the washing and maintenance instructions provided by each manufacturer. For any questions, please contact our specialist team at Sombrereria Mil. We will advise you! We have our own artisan workshop, where we can customize, clean, restore, or create your hat. Exchanges or returns are not accepted for ceremonial items.
